(www.generationsoflegends.com) I’m 100% against this proposed bill. It’s as unconstitutional as the… IRS. (Wonder why no one touched on that?) The IRS can seize a citizen’s property w/o proving guilt – it’s up to the the citizen in question to prove innocence. That sound like what our founding father’s had in mind? How would I feel if someone stole my book? Like crud, of course – but I’d want them punished per laws in accordance with the US Constitution; not this cockamamie BS. This law give the government too much power.
