Biographer Walter Issacson and his subject Steve Jobs got the 60 Minutes treatment Sunday night on the eve of the authorized bio’s official publication by CBS sibling Simon & Schuster (NYSE: CBS).

Yes, we’ve been hearing tidbits for days but the two-part Steve Kroft interview with Issacson is worth a look — and a listen, given that it includes audio from some of Issacson’s 40-plus interviews with the cofounder of Apple (NSDQ: AAPL).
