I'd like to see more women who have made it to the top using their influence to ease the path for others to follow suit. Not all women have the same stamina or determination but that doesn't mean they wouldn't be excellent when they got there.

I think it's a shame that so many women are deterred by working conditions or a culture that doesn't seem to recognise that male and female employees have different needs, talents and expectations.

Hi Jessica, to me all the work available are suitable for both men and women and I think in the future since our world is getting more into the technology, It will going to be based on how techie a person can be. I also read one time at someone's blog that women are great at multitasking and since we need to work more to earn more, in the future skills may be the basis and women also has skills so I think future work are female friendly.

Jessica, I think that it only makes perfect sense that women fit perfectly well in the world of social media marketing these days.. as it is in their nature to be more social than the opposite sex. Also, with the advent of cloud services and online platforms for work, the future offers better opportunities for women to have the work-life balance they have always been wanting. That's my two cents.
