Nah, not just that. Its because everything is an app these days. And mobile gadgets including phones and tablets are basically our 24/7 companions. I dont remember the last night i used facebook, but ever since the facebook app on iPad came out, thats all i use. I think the user experience has vastly improved due to these gadgets and people’s behaviour has appropriately changed/ adjusted.

This is also just the tip of the ice berg.
