First, I couldn’t download the update and the error was “can’t connect..” Then I was able to download and it backs up the phone and “prepares to restore,” “extracts,” and then gives me the error that “iPhone cannot be restored. An internal error occurred.” The phone remains fine but no update. Tried 4 times, restarted, etc. Not finding anyone on the net with a similar issue!
