		<description><![CDATA[I believe your note about the combine broadband + voice service is incorrect.  I do not believe that the voice service is VOIP.  If im not mistaken, the voice service is actually POTS.  If I&#039;m right, don&#039;t think it&#039;s fair to make this mistake as POTS always wins versus VOIP.... better voice quality, better reliability, and above all does not use any of the data bandwidth to place or receive calls!]]></description>
