		<description><![CDATA[A written policy is a great and very needed resource. More valuable than a written policy though, I&#039;ve found, in these working scenarios is an open and honest conversation around expectations. This goes for both sides of the table and results in a better employee-manager-team relationship in the long run. Don&#039;t trust that someone is going to sit and read your 10+ page policy document, have an hour long conversation regarding the main points and use the document as a take away. This is a great opprotunity to get to know each other better, ask questions and just get a better feel for how everything will flow.]]></description>
