It would be a very bad decision on the part of apple, doing this might scuttle the chances of them winning the court battle. Very childish if they do this.

Mike has no idea, except he sounds like he is one of those “America First” movement people that think Apple will profit even more by manufacturing phones in the U.S.A.

You know what’s childish, Mike? Making business decisions based on things that defy logic and based on illogical anti-business sentiments, like solely relying on a direct competitor to manufacture all your chips (Samsung) instead of diversifying your suppliers (TSMC). Apple is not the one displaying the childish behavior here, FYI.

This is childish and reminds me of little boys on a grade school playground. Apple should allow business go on as normal with Samsung and let the courts to settle the patent disputes in due time.

Apple’s real supply chain weakness doesn’t lie in doing business with democratic Japan. It lies in its reliance on a repressive China for the bulk of its assembly process.
