I'm not entirely sure what Social Base offers SMEs like mine and I really don't see how businesses need another tool for tools... Many of the suggested to be in Social base already have a lot of User management options for social media like CoTweet. I loved oneforty when it was the app directory, and I think they've made a little bit of a wrong turn here trying to get into the app creating game themselves with their own app. It's like a mirror inside a mirror inside a mirror... but we'll see. I wish them luck.

Thanks for the review Charles - we're really excited about what we're hearing from the beta testers and first batch of paying customers about the value they get from taming the chaos.

Generic project management software functions extremely well in established, routine business processes. Social Media, on the other hand, is the wild wild west. Workflows, business practices, it can get chaotic.

We're covering ground that's quite different from both Hoosuite and CoTweet. In fact, most SocialBase users are also using those - or similar tools (myself included!).

The product really and truly shines when an expert (social media manger, expert, agency, etc) is establishing social media projects and programs that involve lots of folks new to social (and what program doesn't?) who need to play a part. The real magic and vision of SocialBase is collaboration - communicating with social media and marketing team members to see that all the tasks that maintain and grown an online presence and community for a brand continue to happen.

Thanks for linking to our how to use article, where folks can learn how SocialBase helps them engage the C-Suite, manage their extended team, tame their own to-do list, help clients get up and running, and more.
