The employee spend less time traveling, get dress up and work at times that might not be optimum for her / him. The employer gets happier and more productive workers  and the environment wins by saving the energy needed for transportation, heating / cooling the office etc.]]></description>

Our resistance to its adoption is one due to a lack of telecom infrastructure available cheaply, lack of low cost computers, a disinterest in the internet as a means of making money and a view that it is for young people.

as it is not a traditional means of doing work!
