		<description><![CDATA[In theory Thredup is wonderful. However their customer service is horrible. James constantly belittles customers on their FaceBook fan page. Their constant changing of their system is creating more &quot;bugs&quot; than the savings are worth. Thredup does not listen to their customers needs or wants. This is why many moms have decided to go outside of Thredup and swap items on their own. Maybe one day they will listen to what their customers want.]]></description>
