Amazon sideloads music over as you purchase it. A license is allegedly needed to access non-iTunes music from the cloud without an upload (either checking the metadata of the file, or a hash), or for previously-purchased iTunes music.

My big question is about movies/TV series. Apple could never achieve inking a deal with every major studios. If they want Apple TV to be more than a hobby, they’ll have to someday.
