He forgot to mention that the A500 uses DDR3 RAM instead of the DDR2 used in the Xoom.

I bought the viewsonic g tablet and sold it straight away because of the weight but it was cheap at $300 USD, the Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tab feels much better and lighter but quite expensive in Australia >$700 and so is the Acer Iconia, but at 599gram, I am looking at the Samsung

I own both the Acer A500(64MB version) and the Motorola Xoom. I’m telling you now that the A500 is built better than the Xoom and if you text the performance with apps from the market, all the app say the the A500 is about 5% auicker.

I bought this tablet a couple days ago and have been enjoying it. The only issues for me so far are it’s HEAVY and lack off apps.
