following this to get FBChat on iChat, which ive used for 5 years now with no hitches…

ive followed you to a t, except connecting with MSN since i dont have that. i can log into Jabber from iChat fine, even shows a list for buddies and everything (complete with ‘log in’ sound). its getting the second Jabber account using the FB info thats not working properly.

ive used username@facebook.com and username@chat.facebook.com as everyone has…

in the account settings (for the FB Jabber) do you have ‘use this account’ checked? it seems i can only have one Jabber account active at a time, so using one switches the other off. logging in with the Jabber account works as i said earlier, but switching to the FB account causes a window to pop up that says ‘could not log in to Jabber’.
