A phone conference once a week helped the team collaborate regardless of their location. Where possible, I think it&#039;s important for the virtual worker to visit once, maybe twice a year to see how the rest of the team operates and to put &quot;names to faces&quot; if they&#039;ve never met before.]]></description>
