I think the downward trend in e-commerce satisfaction will correct itself to previous levels as retailers continue to roll out mobile strategies that make it as easy and convenient as possible for customers to conduct business from a mobile device. 

It will be interesting to see what mobile strategies work and what don’t from the customer viewpoint.]]></description>
