		<description><![CDATA[I think that trust is the root cause of all issues here.  It&#039;s hard enough working with people you don&#039;t see face-to-face and still, personal differences abound.  I believe that open communication must be encouraged so that grievances can be avoided.  If you have to give bad feedback, soften the blow and whine with a purpose ( or what I call &#039;constructive criticism&#039; ).  Cheers!]]></description>
