It&#039;s so important that remote workers and their managers maintain open, active communication, and being able to pinpoint which type of communication should be had when is brilliant. I also agree completely with making communication predictable. If you focus on quantity over quality at first, your communication foundation will be solid, and you&#039;ll find that over time it refocuses to quality.]]></description>
