It’s no wonder we have such a hard time getting anything done!

Sorely missing is a unifying platform which bring social and collaboration tools into a unified context, where people can easily learn about the people their communicating with; pick and choose the most convenient way to connect with other people; and then archive the conversation.

Because email is the ONLY universally adopted collaboration tool, I believe we’re going to see social networks and web services integrated into email.
