Mathew,

If I’m given access to classified material and I tell it to the public, I’ve committed a crime. If someone else who has access to classified material tells it to me and I tell it to the public, I believe I’ve committed a crime if I know it’s classified. If I don’t know it’s classified, I guess I haven’t committed a crime. I think WikiLeaks is in the same position as me.

It’s not The Pirate Bay lending Wikileaks servers and bandwidth, it’s The Pirate Party of Sweden.
(One is a torrent searchengine, the other a political party)

So internet crowd is saying its word by doing this internet demonstration :) Operation Payback was already labeled as a civil discordance of digital generation. And seems as pressure from governments and corporations raises to control the Internet natives respond in kind.
