Meanwhile, quoted from the Factual ToS:

“You may not cache, store, copy, archive, sell, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer all or any portion of the services or data provided to you through Factual API calls unless approved by Factual in writing ahead of time (email sufficing).”

How is that “open”?! Factual’s claims of “openness” are pure hype. Allow me to recommend the following for a definition of “open data”:
