A new industry conflab for tech execs was inaugurated at the Dublin Web Summit on Saturday. The Founders gathering assembled startup co-founders including Skype’s Niklas Zennstrom, YouTube’s Chad Hurley, Twitter’s Jack Dorsey and Bebo’s Michael Birch.
