The adventurous Jeff Dossett is changing paths again. The new gig: SVP for content partnerships at IPO-bound Demand Media, where he is reporting to Chief Revenue Officer Joanne Bradford. Dossett’s responsibilities as outlined on his LinkedIn page: “securing innovative content partnerships with leading brands, content publishers and online distribution networks.”

Dossett, a former executive producer and GM of MSN, was Yahoo (NSDQ: YHOO) SVP for audience experiences, North America, for a scant eight months ending in May 2009 when he left to be CEO of AdventureLink, Inc. He left the startup last month.

Bradford joined Demand last spring from Yahoo, where she was SVP-U.S. revenue and market development. She and Dossett worked together there and at Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT). They’re not the only ex-Yahoos at Demand: Erika Nardi, VP of Brand Packaging for Yahoo, also has joined Demand, while Courtney Montpas, Demand’s head of HR, came over from Yahoo before Bradford.

Demand CEO Richard Rosenblatt has been adding exec power as the IPO nears, most of it aimed at creating or enhancing non-search revenue. This latest move was first reported by Kara Swisher.
