Ever heard about AutoHotkey? Or application based on it?
I use it for my customers screencast to enter predefined text snippets.
But it is also usefull to automate lot of standard text block. E.g. you can define "Thanks, Waldemar" as "tw". So you just type tw and press Tab and the text is replaced.
Also I have "date" -> ""

You may take a look at a video (is German, but you just have to look, its easy):

(just click in thumbnail with play button)

Excellent automation tips!

Most people are amazed at just how much can be automated using APIs. My company specializes in setting up custom API integrations between a range of SaaS applications. Our customers are usually ecstatic with the results, as tasks that used to require error-prone, time-intensive manual intervention start to take care of themselves "automagically."

You've read the book "The 4-Hour Work Week"? Automation is the key to getting there, and we can help make it happen.
