Ever heard about AutoHotkey? Or application based on it?
I use it for my customers screencast to enter predefined text snippets.
But it is also usefull to automate lot of standard text block. E.g. you can define “Thanks, Waldemar” as “tw”. So you just type tw and press Tab and the text is replaced.
Also I have “date” -> “”
