Indian online advertising network Komli is buying Indoor Media, a UK-based firm helping clients market to ethnic minorities, in its latest international expansion (announcement).

Indoor operates the AdMasala ad network of more than 400 websites, claiming to reach 2.6 million UK South Asians with campaigns from the likes of Mercedes, the UK Government, O2, Vodafone (NYSE: VOD) and Western Union.

Mumbai-based Komli is specialising in offering targeting of South Asian diaspora and already has a fairly broad global presence, through its offices in New Delhi, New York, Palo Alto, and Toronto, as well as Singapore, Sydney, Melbourne, where PostClick has its satellites.

This is Komli’s second acquisition since June, when it acquired Australian online rep firm PostClick to expand its reach across the Asia Pacific region

So, Komli Media acquired Indoor Media, the UK’s leading ethnic marketing media company. No doubt, a great news for the Indian online advertising network Komli in its latest international expansion and can’t believe this is Komli’s second acquisition since June, when it acquired Australian online rep firm PostClick to expand its reach across the Asia Pacific region. I choose to share it with my social media platforms. There may not be enough incentive for O’reilly to highlight it, but it was truly a WTF moment for me at this time. Today, Indoor Media is recognized in the UK as the leading online sales house specializing in brand focused campaigns targeting all of the UK’s main ethnic minority communities.
