		<description><![CDATA[The trend is catching up. In India i know of a few mobile towers which are completely remote &amp; are powered by solar energy.

These do send the excessive power to the grid, but mostly after they have enough power for their own needs, if they are short of power they wont sell it to the utility company]]></description>
