Why the consumer reports wants to throw a temper tantrum over this, I don't know. It seems that anyone who's bought anything and experiences a problem with it would contact customer support and get a free remedy. That's what apple's got in place: attenuation? Call apple support to get a free bumper. Btw: the bumper is GREAT!
