I love HDR, I use a simple point-and-shoot for that and it works fine. However, it's difficult to capture pictures from an identical viewpoint without a tripod, a conveniently placed railing or other stabilizer. I hope the iPhone is going to get a tripod mount, like a case or accessory. The creative companies making iPod and iPhone accessories sure could look into this, especially after the success of this (http://fstoppers.com/iphone/) impressive photoshoot (mind it's a 3GS!).
