This helps keep up with the presentations and engage with only urgent &quot;routine calls&quot;, if necessary. It&#039;s also beneficial to make in advance some sort of a goal list what is actually expected from visiting such conferences and stick to it.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;I agree there is something to be said in being present where you are... I know I am the worst - always multitasking, but working on improving, as I am not fully engaged in anything, because I am usually doing more than one thing or thinking of more than one thing at a time. This is not good for me or the audience in which I am participating - either at a conference or some other function.
The best thing if you want to be fully engaged is to &quot;out of office&quot; auto response and give the time when you will be again available, for immediate concerns there should be an alternate contact. If you think about it how effective are you if everything revolves around you being present in all things... Time management please.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
