Thanks, Leigh -- I think I got confused because Identi.ca used to be part of Laconi.ca, and I didn't realize that the latter at some point became Status.net.

I thought there was already one? I found grind.com i think it was over the weekend. Not too sure what it's all about but it seems to combine Twitter and the badge features of Foursquare.
