I think the real change will occur when the desktop can be completely accessed online: programs, documents, etc.  Obviously this will create a need for people to secure this information.  Facebook, Myspace, and other social networking sites are a step in that direction but they are not identity certified websites.  There are very few websites out there that will make the shift to the cloud possible for regular schmos as well as the highest echelons of government.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&#039;ve found only one.  Their partnership with NLETS makes them poised to accomplish this task.&lt;/p&gt;
