Recently having purchased the Apple iPad Dock/Keyboard (might go back) I have a view that people are missing the point. Example, the Apple dock is only portrait, this one is only landscape. I want something for my desk that supports both. On the go I only need the iPad, otherwise I can just take the laptop.

There is a question regarding the stability of the device when in “netbook” mode – the keyboard must me quite heavy to prevent the whole thing from flipping over. It could be a good opportunity to include a battery “layer” and maybe some of those extra ports that come as accessories…
