I just called my local apple store around the Boston area and they said it is coming out Friday, April 30th, 2010. I checked to see if I could reserve one and they said no because the date is subject to change.

I pre-ordered mine March 18th and received and email from Apple today that said IT IS shipping late April! I guess new orders won't ship until May 7th. My order status still shows late April too. I assume the email was sent because they posted the new shipping date on the store.
