But when I click it nothing seems to happen.

I sorta take offense in that statement :) Quix was designed by me, it was absolutely inspired by Shortwave, which is an awesome idea but it does a lot more, and allows for a lot more.

Shortwave can only redirect you, whereas Quix can actually insert javascript into the current page, allowing you to do stuff like the ‘find’ command in the screenshot that’s shown above.
