&lt;p&gt;Vint Cerf on April 12, 2010: “Prioritizing the flow of information for legitimate network management means is fine”.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I guess your perspective on these issues changes when you actually build and operate networks and have to start dealing with video and VOIP traffic alongside email and chat. It&#039;s good to see that Google isn&#039;t overly rigid in its thinking.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
