I meet the same problem “We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.”. I have tried to update my Apple ID but it doesn’t do any help. Does anyone have the same problem or know its solution?

It’s October 20 and the form STILL has a “technical difficulty” that has not been resolved.

Can you please tell me of a fix, i still can’t log in at all.

The fix is still there. On the Personal Profile form page, on the right side, there’s this manage Apple ID, click on that and you’d get to the MyInfo page.

The fix still works :D

Awwwwwwwwwwww¬¬ So do we just wait until apple decides to fix it?? How else can I download the SDK ?

I can't find a number on there to call them? does anyone know when this is going to be resolved?

I think I’m past this problem. Click the “My Info” link on the page asking for additional address / phone / etc. and enter your info there, instead. That seems to have done the trick for me.
