There is no way the the needed sacrifice by the individuals operating the enterprises needed to accomplish these goals will be justified under the stifling constraints of the present burden of taxation. This has a direct drag on applied effort given either by labor, thought, commitment of savings/capital or attention of the human intellect while there is immediate drain-off of the resources.

This country needs to change the resource allocation of costs in running the country to a National sales tax system. This dilemma is but another example of the urgency for action in the change required to enable the country to survive to the level that is required.
