		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;T-Mo&#039;s gonna laugh all the way to the bank as they migrate from 21 to 56 to 84 Mbps on HSPA+.   They&#039;ll bring consumers better service, higher data rates and lower costs than Verizon and AT&amp;T.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;They&#039;ll be enough device support because other parts of the world will pursue this road as well..&lt;/p&gt;
