		<description><![CDATA[I think most businesses work to perfect one of these but not all three. For small businesses like ours, we work very hard on perfecting our business practices, improving our customer support, ensuring our products are of the highest quality, but it&#039;s hard to do all of that while consistently marketing and promoting and keeping customers engaged. I&#039;m reading the links you gave for these two points with interest. It would be great to have a more detailed list of specific things small businesses can do to have a continuous marketing/promotional program, and also to have a continuous customer engagement program.]]></description>
