Livestream: FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski on Broadband Policy
Today we’re coming to you live from the GigaOM HQ in San Francisco, where FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski has joined us to talk about broadband. The hour-long forum, which will kick off at 10 a.m. PT, will see Om and Stacey asking the chairman questions related to everything from broadband access to competition to innovation. Chairman Genachowski will then take questions from the audience. Really enjoyed today’s discussion. It is refreshing to see the FCC taking such a proactive role in managing communication networks for the 21st century and working with people within business and technology fields to advance the conversation and fully understand the needs of tomorrow.
