		<description><![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;Like most, I&#039;ve used Yahoo! Answers and Aardvark and my only fault with either is the quality of the participants in many of the niche or market segments. I&#039;d suggest that this model try and find a non-discriminatory way to pre-qualify the people who purport to have expertise in a given area, so that if/when they provide an answer vs. an opinion, they do indeed  provide value.&lt;/p&gt;]]></description>
