Like most, I've used Yahoo! Answers and Aardvark and my only fault with either is the quality of the participants in many of the niche or market segments. I'd suggest that this model try and find a non-discriminatory way to pre-qualify the people who purport to have expertise in a given area, so that if/when they provide an answer vs. an opinion, they do indeed provide value.
