Here’s some photos of the massive rally that was held Saturday afternoon in Copenhagen, starting in front of the Parliament and marching toward the Bella Center where the Copenhagen climate talks are being held until the end of next week. When I walked through the rally the vast majority of the people seemed peaceful and held signs calling for a significant climate change agreement to come out of the Copenhagen negotiations. CNN and the New York Times are reporting that several hundred people at the rally were arrested. The New York Times says there were an estimated 60,000 to 100,000 participants in the march, while there were 600 to 700 arrests.
