But of course, this is what will finally turn the airline around! Congrats fellas, we’ll be proud to bail you out again in 2010.

They also appear to be the only airline providing Aircell that adopted that model. I tend to use my Netbook on the plane — does that make me a laptop a “smaller device” which qualifies me for the lower rate.

Air Canada seems to thrive on complexity.
