		<description><![CDATA[I wonder why would ChromeOS be much different than android ?
Maybe Google is taking a lesson from Microsoft failure with Windows Mobile.
Small OS and Large OS should not start from the same code base.
However, it is dangerous to try and learn form the past as-is.
Symbian has just the opposite problem. Starting from an OS which is good for small smart phones, it is not able to keep up with Apple like &quot;really smart&quot; operating systems.
Would be interesting to see how it develops.]]></description>
