Droid is certainlly an interesting device. Handset is solid and well built, eager to spend more time with it. Best buy was for some reason havving trouble with activating their demo unit, which upset both me and the cute best buy girl from the camera department who had come by to fondle the monster. This I found particularly interesting as back at the office we had come to the conclusion that angry red eye ads would have killed off interest from females. Guess in this case we were wrong

I have seen some online retailers who are already selling Verizon’s Droids with 2-year contracts for lesser than Verizon’s own listed price. So, people buying Droid phones on the Verizon network might want to shop around before they purchase.
