Absolute fail. Read around for other comments. I’ve spent $100s of dollars with them and they have completely crashed and burned. 15 days and I still can’t get my files, hours of time burned.

Something is horribly wrong with their service right now.

I use the free 2Gb plan at the moment and I think it is great. I have started referring work colleagues and family so we can share files easily instead of emailing them around.

I’m interested in the small business package and also in how you have looked at the logistics of using SugarSync alongside Google Apps, 5pm, etc.

I’m trying to get other people to use apps like SugarSync so they stop emailing me huge files. Any advice?

They actually do offer a free 2 GB plan…

Hoping to see that Virtual Team Infrastructure (in the above picture) integrated in one solid application.

This looks VERY interesting.

With a free trial on offer, there’s no reason (as a virtual team) not to give this a go. We always ignore back-up ’til we wish we hadn’t, and the added advantage of decentralized file sharing is undeniable.

I get the impression though that the free trial is kinda pointless. I oftern find trial services that you can test in this way so useful after a month (like I recently did with ‘Remember the Milk’ and other software packages for personal organization and web working) that I know I’ll end up keeping it within the first 10 minutes :-)
