As UGO.com, the Hearst-owned male-centric entertainment site, continues to look for a new CEO, it has filled in some other blank spaces in its executive ranks, MediaMemo reports. As part of this, Chris Johnson will move from his post as VP, content and business development for Hearst Magazines Digital Media, to head of programming strategy for UGO. Meanwhile, UGO has looked outside to find someone to lead gaming site 1UP: Julie Shumaker, who was Double Fusion’s GM until she left company in December 2008.

UGO lost its CEO J Moses, who co-founded the company 11 years ago, this past summer. Since then Hearst Interactive president Ken Bronfin has been running the unit until a permanent CEO can be found. Release
