Looks like the number of folks who are addicted to iPhone apps is on an upswing. Check out this graph and you’ll see the increase in the number of iPhone app addicts.
Flurry, a San Francisco-based mobile analytics company, says that in September, about half a million people among the 40 million users it tracked used apps more than 100 times per month.
Flurry calls folks who use an app more than 100 times per month, or more than three times each day of the month, “addicts.” An average iPhone consumer uses apps about eight times a month. I must be a super-mega addict, since I constantly use my iPhone touch ;-) to do something: check MLB scores, check into Foursquare, Skype, Echofon…and several others.
