		<description><![CDATA[Do they need to be  more than just a pipe?  The cable companies are little more than that, and they seem to be doing just fine.  I&#039;ll argue the MNOs should focus on being the best darn pipes they can be and provide their partners the ability to provide end user organizations best of breed solutions that will run on those amazing pipes.
