Sounds good in theory, as long as IBM's SAFE software is cost-effective for small startups, and does not send them broke.

I know that IBM is working with at least PG&E, SCE, SDG&E, and CenterPoint. IBM itself says it is working with many more utilities. I'll look for a complete list and update this.
